SAP API Key and subdomain

• make sure you have properly setup account, otherwise contact SAP support
• find subdomain for your instance or, for test purpose, use sandbox: sandbox.api.sap.com/successfactors
• copy API Key for the User Management API

Create a consumer

Set up the SAP connection

• open the consumer created in the previous step
• select the Available tab
• look for the SAP connection and open it
• paste the API Key and subdomain copied in the first step
• click Save
